[Libguestfs] [libnbd PATCH v2 3/3] ocaml: Typesafe returns for REnum/RFlags

This series all looks good to me.

The fact that the new tests have Gc.compact () at the end of them
means they ought to crash hard if there is any subtle mistake in the
code which interfaces with the GC.  (I didn't see any.)
