[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2v] Add ALT support

This appears to address the concerns that Pino had
(https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2020-August/msg00299.html),
so I have pushed all of them now.  If there are further problems we
can deal with that after.
