[Libguestfs] Getting ready for libnbd 1.10 and nbdkit 1.28

It's been over 3 months and we've accumulated a healthy number of new
features in both libnbd and nbdkit:

So it's that time to ask if anyone has anything they'd really like to
get into the next stable versions (or conversely, remove because they
don't want to support it).  If not then I'll do a new stable release
towards the end of the month.
