[Libosinfo] [PATCH db-tools 1/3] osinfo-db-export: remove '-' in automatic version

Replace automatic version "2016-07-18" with "20160708" since
"-" is not a valid character in version numbers for RPM and
dates sort correctly without "-" being needed.
