[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db 02/11] install-script, opensuse: Don't use NetworkManager

openSUSE uses wicked by default and it does work without any kind of
issue. Taking this into consideration, there's no reason for installing,
enabling and using a non default service as NetworkManager.
