[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db PATCH 4/4] tests: Add image tests



Image tests, at least for now, consist only in the equivalent of
test-imageuris.c from libosinfo and behaves in the same way, being
executed only if OSINFO_DB_NETWORK_TESTS is set.
