Other entries have a newline here

Generally I try to use NEWS to advertise user visible or interesting
things. If it gets too into the details it's just a poor duplication of
git log IMO. Also I tend to rank them a bit and try to group them. Like
maybe put all the API addtions together and upfront. Just some ideas...
