  Hum, I still see 

+const char *           virDomainGetSchedulerType       (virDomainPtr domain,   
+                                                int *nparams);             

and in virsh.c I still see
  +    schedulertype = virDomainGetSchedulerType(dom, nparams);

and schedulertype is not freed
So I guess that doesn't address Richard's point,
