We do have test cases for some of the virsh commands, so I'm going to 
check to see why these leaks were not picked up by valgrind - we have
a special 'make valgrind' target in the tests directoy which runs all
the test suites under the valgrind leak checker.

Yes, that's exactly the reason - gettext_noop() is automatically understood
by xgettext, and since there's not really many places we use it I didn't
feel need to #define a shorter variant.
