[Libvir] virsh command is getting a connecting error

Maybe I made a mistake in using the configure options.
I did below.
# ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var
and followed your advice.
# /etc/init.d/libvirtd restart
Stopping libvirtd daemon: [ OK ]
Starting libvirtd daemon: [ OK ]
# ps -ef | grep libvirt
root 11082 1 0 14:56 ? 00:00:00 libvirt_qemud --system --daemon
root 11111 3522 0 14:56 pts/2 00:00:00 grep libvirt
So now I can use virsh command.
# /usr/bin/virsh list
Id Name State
0 Domain-0 running
