Yes, these are all in the source, under the docs/ directory (although
the format is very confusing and it's often not clear what files are
generated versus source files). IIRC in this case you have to edit

virt-top is 'top' for virtual machines. Tiny program with many
powerful monitoring features, net stats, disk stats, logging, etc.
