[Libvir] Extra options to dnsmasq

[PATTE, Mathieu]

Hi everyone!
 
Is there any way I can pass extra options to dnsmasq when starting a
virtual network? 
I need that in order to specify static dhcp leases. (is there another
way to do that?)
