[libvirt] [PATCH] renaming error -> openvzError

[Evgeniy Sokolov]

function error() was renamed to openvzError() to don't conflict with 
other functions with the same name.

other
- openvzError() is added to msg_gen_function
- fixed to pass "make syntax-check"
