Not in CentOS 5.1 there isn't a newer version. You should be able
to compile from a Fedora SRPM, eg this one:
But if you don't want to do that you'll have to wait for CentOS 5.2
which will have a libvirt based on 0.3.3 + a bunch of patches.

virt-top is 'top' for virtual machines. Tiny program with many
powerful monitoring features, net stats, disk stats, logging, etc.
