[Libvir] Accessing qemu from windows

I suspect a bug actually.  I only tested remote Xen and remote test
drivers, not remote QEMU.  Can you find out if it's actually trying to
make a remote TCP connection at all?

virt-top is 'top' for virtual machines.  Tiny program with many
powerful monitoring features, net stats, disk stats, logging, etc.
