We already use Perl extensively to post-process the .c file generated
from rpcgen, so I just switched to use perl for the .h file too, and
we can use its inplace edit to avoid the temporary file too, so I
committed with:

if GLIBC_RPCGEN
	perl -i -p -e 's/\t/        /g' $@
endif
