[libvirt] [PATCH] minor usb masstorage hotadd cleanup

Hi,
this just brings qemudDomainAttachUsbMassstorageDevice in line with the
rest of the code:

* don't allow to add the same target device name more than once
* escape paths for qemu's monitor command
