This  looks like it has addressed all the issues I raised
last time around. There's still a few more improvements I'd
like to see, but I think it'll be easier to just merge this
and do additive patches later. It is getting too cumbersome to
keep this out of tree.

NB, the specific thing you should try and address real soon
is escaping and quoting of shell args

The 'managed_system' argument comes from the URI the client
passes into the virConnectOpen call. You really want to
make sure that's got any shell meta characters escaped,
and quoted, otherwise they could use that to run arbitrary
commands on the remote system.
