[libvirt] Bugfix for failing to reconnect to vbox:///session

Hi All,

While reconnecting to vbox:///session, since the VBoxCGlueInit() is not 
intialized, the g_pfnGetFunctions is NULL and thus reconnection fails with 
SEGV. Fixed this in the patch below.
