[libvirt] Switch from CVS to GIT is done

On a similar note, the libvirt.git repository on et.redhat.com
is no longer being updated.

I expect to move it aside (rename to libvirt-old.git, and eventually
to remove it) and to make libvirt.git a mirror of the official repository.
