[libvirt] identi.ca micro-blogging group for libvirt & related apps

Micro-blogging is very popular these days and I know a number of people
working on / with libvirt are using twitter/identi.ca So I decided it
was worth creating a libvirt group on identi.ca for targetting notices
relating to libvirt and any apps built using libvirt. You can find it
here

Any posting you make containing the magic word '!libvirt' will appear
in the group page.
