  It's here for me:

paphio:~/libvirt -> virsh help migrate
  NAME
    migrate - migrate domain to another host

  SYNOPSIS
    migrate [--live] <domain> <desturi> [<migrateuri>] [<dname>]

  DESCRIPTION
    Migrate domain to another host.  Add --live for live migration.

  OPTIONS
    --live           live migration
