Oh, the check-local is corrupted.

check-local:
        test -x '$(AUGPARSE)' \
          && '$(AUGPARSE)' -I $(srcdir) $(srcdir)/test_libvirtd_qemu.aug || :

We ought to append qemu/ to $(srcdir).
