[libvirt] cann't connect kvm hypervisor

Hello,

I have used virsh to connect my hypervisor, what is the reason?

root at forest:/# virsh -c qemu:///system list
error: unable to connect to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': Connection refused
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
