[libvirt] 3 patches to solve bug 524280

  Forgot to add that with the 3 patches applied, if restarting the
default network you get the following running:

/usr/sbin/dnsmasq --strict-order --bind-interfaces
--pid-file=/var/run/libvirt/network/default.pid --conf-file=
--listen-address 192.168.122.1 --except-interface lo --dhcp-range
192.168.122.2,192.168.122.254 --dhcp-lease-max=253

  I didn't tried on an IPv6, actually I'm not sure dnsmasq supports IPv6
but at least the libvirt side is then ready.
