[libvirt] Release of libvirt-0.7.1

  Okay, it's finally out of the box and available as usual at
    ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/

There is a fair amount of new features and improvement, not surprizing
considering 0.7.0 was 1.5 months ago. And of course many bug fixes and
