[libvirt] Just in case it's useful: virsh commands, their version, and their commits

Hi all,

Just put a (temporary) page on the wiki showing all of the virsh commands, the version of libvirt each was introduced in, and the commit that did it.

It's very "raw data" style, and at some point in the next week the info will get transferred somewhere better (Virsh Command Reference).  But figured other people out there might have a use for it (no idea).
