Thanks for reviewing these.

If you don't comment on the remainder of a patch (in this case
900 lines worth), please remove that part from your reply.
Otherwise, we (possibly multiple people) who read your reply
waste time searching through all of that, thinking that you included
all the context because you had another comment or two.
