[libvirt] Release 0.4.1 of libvirt-java

I posted a patched jar file at:

http://bkearney.fedorapeople.org/libvirt-0.4.1-PATCH.jar

The only change was making the struct into a union per your comments. 
Can you let me now if this solves you NPE? It passes my tests.
