thank you for your reply

I tried the same command as root and here is the result

****************************************************************
[root at node016 one]# virsh -c one:///
Welcome to virsh, the virtualization interactive terminal.

Type: 'help' for help with commands
       'quit' to quit

virsh # list
 Id Name State
----------------------------------

virsh #
***************************************************************
and I verify that there are virtual machines running under opennebula and
here is the result

****************************************************************************************
[root at node016 one]# onevm list
ID USER NAME STAT CPU MEM HOSTNAME TIME
   6 oneadmin test_kvm runn 0 524288 node015 03 00:55:57
  21 oneadmin test_kvm runn 0 524288 node013 02 16:46:29
[root at node016 one]#
****************************************************************************************

Marwen
