Sorry for not noticing sooner, but we really need to do a better job of
updating docs/formatdomain.html.in any time we update domain.rng.  That
will have to be a follow-on patch now, but until we do it, our online
documentation is incomplete.

By the way, thanks for persevering through 10 iterations of improvements
- the end result is certainly better than the first attempt!
