[libvirt] [PATCH] C# Bindings - rename classes from virConnectto Connect, virDomain to Domain, etc...

I'm testing on Ubuntu 10.04 with

mono 2.4.4~svn151842-1ubuntu4
monodevelop 2.2.1+dfsg-1ubuntu2

and libvirt and libvirt-csharp from git.
