[libvirt] [PATCH 2/2] qemu: qemuMonitorJSONEjectMedia(): Fix arguments' type

[Luiz Capitulino]

QMP in QEMU 0.13 has been fixed to enforce type correctness,
this means that boolean types must be true or false, not
integers.
