Possible, but consider that we have:

<domain ...>
   <memory>256</memory>
   <currentMemory>128</memory>
...
</domain>

So I was modeling after <memory>/<currentMemory> for consistency. 
Preferences on whether the parallel element or the attribute approach is 
better?
