[libvirt] [PATCH] docs: document freecell --all

* tools/virsh.pod (freecell): Mention all, and clarify that
optional cellno requires --cellno.

I think this is the first case where virsh.pod is trying to convey
mutually exclusive options; does the resulting layout look
reasonable?
