[libvirt] Audit records on suspend/pause

I don't believe that we do. Thus far we have only focused on emitting
audit events when there has been some change to the guest that have an
impact on host OS resources, thus suspend/resume of guest CPUs has not
been a priority. Patches welcome to expand the range of audit events...
