[libvirt] [PATCH] virsh: correct the cmdDomIfGetLink function return value error

* tools/virsh.c: Although finding interface with matching mac addr, forgot to
set 'ret' boolean value to 'true'.

* how to reproduce?
  % virsh domif-getlink <guest name> <interface mac>
  % echo $?
