[libvirt] Reminder: entering freeze for 0.8.8 Wed

  As suggested previously we should enter the freeze phase for 0.8.8
soon to target a release around the 15th. I suggest to keep the window
open 2 more days, and start the freeze on Wed 9 to have a release on
the 15th or 16th,
