[libvirt] [PATCH] [libvirt-tck] Fix expected error code in network test

I missed this one while fixing a similar bug in the domain
transient autostart tests.

Attempting to autostart a transient network results in
ERR_OPERATION_INVALID not ERR_INTERNAL_ERROR.
