[libvirt] [PATCH]: C# bindings. Added some virStream bindings (not all right now)

Ok,thanks.
Right now C# bindings in alpha stage.
I try to make implementation step by step.
Because, I cannot work fulltime on it I make efforts to produce small
and completed patches.
So I guess we (I and Arnaud) will make all external (bindings)
functions as private and make classes
more closer to C# object orientied way.
