[libvirt] [PATCH 11/12] Add a test case for the RPC message APIs

Add a test case which validates the RPC message encoding & decoding
to/from XDR representation. Covers the core message header, the
error class and streams.

* testutils.c, testutils.h: Helper for printing binary differences
* virnetmessagetest.c: Validate all XDR encoding/decoding
