[libvirt] [PATCH 7/8] logging: always NUL-terminate circular buffer

* src/util/logging.c (virLogStartup, virLogSetBufferSize):
Over-allocate, so that a debugger can just print the circular
buffer.  Suggested by Daniel Veillard.
