I/O warning : failed to load external entity
"/usr/local/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml"
10:32:41.850: 13872: info : libvirt version: 0.9.0
10:32:41.850: 13872: error : cpuMapLoad:103 : internal error cannot
parse CPU map file: /usr/local/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml
10:32:41.851: 13872: warning : qemuCapsInit:731 : Failed to get host CPU
^C10:33:43.653: 13900: warning : qemudDispatchSignalEvent:427 : Shutting

We missed installation of "src/cpu/cpu_map.xml"? libvirt is
compiled with "--with-numactl".
