[libvirt] [PATCH] maint: use consistent file name for threading notes

* daemon/THREADING.txt: Rename...
* daemon/THREADS.txt: ...to match qemu thread notes.
* daemon/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Reflect rename.
