[libvirt] virt-viewer, requirement question

Hi Jason,
As far as I know, the console is accessed using the VNC or SPICE protocol,
in other words, SPICE should be optional, if you use VNC protocal, SPICE 
isn't necessary. however, I'm not a virt-viewer developers, maybe, 
Daniel P.Berrange or other developers can confirm this.

I am the port maintainer for libvirt, and associated tools, in the FreeBSD
Project.

I was wondering if "Require SPICE-GTK >= 0.6.0" for virt-viewer, is
accurate, or is this optional.
