Hmm, I wonder if we are better off just removing the address
completely. There are no end of bug reports in Fedora reviews
about outdated addresses and the FSF have moved locations
multiple times. I see GNULIB now just writes:

 *  You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public License
 *  along with this program.  If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
