Yes, it is same that @timeout = false to qemuAgentSend() from qemuAgentCommand().

@seconds is effective uder the situation @timeout = true.
Then @seconds must be > 0. But @seconds = 0, it is dangerous.
I do not understand whether it is needed, but other people discussed.

Its situation is blocked on calling qemuAgentSend() from qemuAgentCommand().
But qemuAgentSend() may also have the block code.
