Have you considered taking advantage of your Red Hat subscription and
opening a support ticket with them?

It sounds like there is something in your domain XML that is unsupported
by the particular qemu version you are targetting, but without seeing
the domain XML (virsh dumpxml $dom) or knowing the details about libvirt
and qemu versions (Red Hat 6 is rather vague), it's hard to give you
more specific help.
