[libvirt] [PATCH v3 0/5] RFC: grant KVM guests retain arbitrary capabilities

This patchset adds an option for KVM guests to retain arbitrary capabilities.

I updated my patch according to Osier-san's comment.
However,:
  - retain caps name (depending on cap-ng lib)
  - no test code is added
