You're right. I forgot about the possibility for having the content
split into 2GB chunks. Well, I have no idea how to represent this in
the libvirt storage API except by adding CONTENT1, CONTENT2, CONTENT3,
... flags.

So, I'm open for suggestions here. As with most things in the ESX
driver findings a suitable mapping between ESX API and libvirt API is
the hard part, implementing it is the easy part :)
